Lease Check Report reflects the cursory title review of an area of interest. The report reflects mineral owners name and address, acreage content, leasehold status (open, leased, HBP), last lessee and address, if available in the records - the terms of the last lease of record (royalty, primary term, special provisions), HBP information

Ownership Report data specific to each parcel of land. The report reflects owners name, address, percentage of interest owned, net mineral acres owned, and leasehold status. The report also includes comments related to title issues found in the chain of title (gaps, missing probates, liens/mortgages, defective legal descriptions, etc.)

Open Acreage Report This report is prepared for options, leases, extensions, rights-of-way, easements, surface use agreements, or any other item for which money has been spent. The information in this report is detailed data specific to the acquisition including the owners information, tract information, consideration paid and percentage acquired, the acquisition terms, and special provisions of the acquisition document along with future obligations (extensions and rentals).

Held-by-Others Report includes information of other players in the area of interest on a tract-by-tract, mineral owner basis.

Prospect Summary Report Along with totals for the following fields covering the entire prospect, this report reflects summary data pertaining to each tract in the prospect regarding gross acres, net mineral acres signed, percentage signed, total bonus spent along with the net mineral acres and percentage and dollar consideration applicable to any committed interest.

Prospect Detail Report Covering the entire prospect, tract-by-tract, this report reflects data for each mineral owner as to net mineral acres signed and bonus paid, along with the net mineral acres and dollar consideration applicable to any committed interest. In addition, this report reflects net acres signed and committed for each tract.

Rentals Due Report This is a report of all rentals due for any applicable time frame. It reflects the date due and the amount of delay rental obligations due in a tract-by-tract, owner-by-owner format.

Schedule of Leases This report is an overview, on an owner-by-owner basis, of the acquired instruments listing dates, bonus paid, and rentals.

Obligation Report Similar to a Rentals Due Report, but also includes other possible obligations - including options to lease and options to extend both options and/or leases. This report can be generated for any applicable monthly time frame or be all-inclusive.

Expiration Report This report reflects the expiration of all obligations. Like the Rentals Due Report and the Obligation Report, the Expiration Report can be specific to any applicable time frame, or all-inclusive.

Provisions Report lists all leases containing a selected provision. On-line accessible maps can be colored to reflect specific provisions.

Assignment Exhibit "A" Report The client can utilize this report to generate exhibits for assignments, unit designations and other applicable documents.

Runsheet Report for original, supplemental or complementary runsheets or abstracts. The data reflected includes the parties to the document; the date, effective date and filing date of the document; the recording reference; a brief description of the subject property with applicable references; and brief, but relevant, remarks regarding the document content including reservations or conveyances. The runsheet can be sorted by execution date, effective date, or file date.

Curative Control Sheet reflects a brief on all curative requirements listed in title opinions along with the status of addressing the curative item. It can also reflect comments the summarize the manner in which the requirement was cured or the status of the progress for the item. |
